Goals, motivations, and budget are discussed when working with Denver Design Build to create the project scope and timeline. Followed by the design review process and coordination with external partners to obtain permits, our team then creates a Material Selection Packet which elevates project standards and provides a visual aid to bring the project to life. Potential buyers in a multi-family project are then able to customize their home through upgrade options.

At Denver Design Build, our extensive construction experience has resulted in a trusted contractor pool where our engineer and sub-contractor relationships are constantly expanding, allowing us to provide the best quality and value to our clients.

Value Engineering is accomplished through collaboration between our in-house Designers and Construction Project Managers to clarify the required functions within a project and generate ideas to accomplish these functions. Alternatives are then identified that meet owners intent and design expectations, thus providing the best possible product and occupant experience within the budget parameters.

Dedicated in-house staff creates a pre-construction schedule and coordinates with related parties to streamline the permitting process. As a result of our extensive understanding of city procedures, we are able to save both time and expense. The ability to proactively anticipate changes and maintain communication with third parties and city officials is essential to our success.

Before construction permits are even received, in-house Construction Project Managers define key subcontractors and set the project schedule which encompasses demolition, excavation/foundation, structure assembly, systems, and finishes. Site safety and budget control are the priority at every stage. After construction, Project Managers perform a site inspection, creating a punch list to be completed by individual trades, then confirm all work has met Denver Design Build expectations and exceeded industry standards. A final walk-through with owners is conducted and a warranty service provides peace of mind for homeowners.
